couve lombarda,cenouras, então ´é só por a cabecinha a trabalhar e vamos ser super práticos para uma refeição super rápida e gostosa
Ingredientes
6 salsichas frescas cortadas em rodelas
60 grs de margarina
1 cebola picada
2 dentes alho
300 grs de couve lombarda e cenoura,
3 copos de água
1 cubo de caldo Knorr de carne
sal
1 /5 copo de arroz
salsa
Preparação
Levei a margarina a derreter num tacho e salteei nela as rodelas de salsicha até se apresentarem douradas.
Adicionei a cebola e deixei que alourasse também, mas sem deixar queimar.
Juntei, então, a couve e a cenoura, tapei o tacho e deixei suar durante cerca de 5 minutos.
Entretanto, dissolvi o cubo de caldo de carne na água a ferver e verti para o tacho com as salsichas e os legumes.
Quando voltou a ferver, temperei com um pouco de sal, introduzi o arroz e deixei cozinhar com o tacho tapado, durante cerca de 12 minutos.
Retirei do lume e deixei repousar durante cerca de 5 minutos antes de servir.
