E que tal uma boa ,simples,rápida sobremesa para um
momento de carinho partilhado com a família e amigos!
Ingredientes
1 lata leite condensado
2 latas medida de leite
1 colher (de sobremesa) de farinha maisena
4 ovos
200ml de natas
4 colheres de açúcar
1 pacote bolacha Maria
Preparação
Para um recipiente parta os ovos e separe as
claras das gemas reserve as claras
Num tacho ponha o leite condensado,
as duas latas de leite normal as gemas
e a farinha maisena , mexa muito bem e leve ao lume
vá mexendo ate engrossar
Quando este estiver pronto verter para um pirex
e deixar arrefecer
Enquanto isso bata as claras em castelo e as natas
separadamente com o açúcar
Depois junte as duas
Sobre o doce já frio coloque uma camada de bolacha
molhada em descafénado
ou café conforme gostar mais ( eu utilizei descafenado)
verta o preparado das natas com as claras por cima
leve ao frigorífico ate ficar bem fresquinho
Decore no momento de servir com pedacinhos de bolacha
