Hoje temos uma deliciosa receita de chocos com miolo de camarão para o jantar ,vamos la experimentar sei que vão adorar!!!
Ingredientes
Cerca 1kg de Choquinhos limpos
3 dentes de Alho
Sal, Colorau q.b.
1 Malagueta
1dl de Vinho branco
1 colher de Azeite
300g de Camarões
Coentros
1kg de Batata para cozer
Preparação
Temperei os choquinhos com o alho picado, sal e colorau.
Juntei a malagueta e reguei com o vinho branco.
Deixe marinar por meia hora
Numa frigideira pus o azeite e deixei aquecer um pouco
de seguida juntei os choquinhos e deixei refogar um pouco.
Juntei a marinada ,tapei o tacho e deixei cozinhar em lume brando.
Quando os choquinhos estavam cozinhados acrescentei o miolo de camarão
e deixei apurar mais um pouco.
Entretanto as batatas ja estão cozinhadas.
Pus o cozinhado numa travessa decorei com coentros cortadinhos e servi com as batatas cozidas...
