Deixo-vos aqui uma sugestão para uma bela e gulosa sobremesa,simples e rápida de fazer.
Espero que gostem tanto quanto eu de a fazer e de comer :-)
Ingredientes:
6 ovos
1 lata de leite condensado cozido
100g de chocolate em barra derretido
1 pitada de sal
Chocolate granulado para polvilhar
Preparação
Deita-se as gemas numa taça funda,junta-se o leite condensado cozido
e o chocolate derretido e bate-se muito bem
Numa tigela a parte bate-se as claras em castelo com a pitada de sal
Adiciona-se ao preparado anterior e envolve-se muito bem
Por fim mete-se no frigorífico a refrescar cerca de uma hora
No momento de servir polvilha-se com o chocolate granulado
e é só deliciar se com esta maravilhosa sobremesa
